We believe in enhancing communication in all forms and strive to provide individualized client centered therapy across the lifespan. Communicate With Me, Speech Therapy LLC (CWM) was created in 2022 and founded by Speech-Language Pathologist Kayla Laydon.

Location

CWM offers services in a variety of locations. Our office is conveniently located in Wallingford (1062 Barnes Rd Suite 206A Wallingford, CT 06492) with easy on and off accessibility to the highway. We are located on the 2nd Floor. We are also able to provide in-home services and teletherapy services upon request. 

 

Payment

CWM is currently in the process of becoming an insurance provider. In the meantime, you will be provided with a superbill or a paid invoice in which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement of services. At this time, CWM is a private-pay practice with a fee-for-service model. Although a superbill will be provided at your request, CWM will not serve as a liaison between you and your insurance company. Please check with your specific plan ahead of time to understand any deductibles, out-of-network reimbursement rates and copays. Having an understanding of this ahead of time will help you navigate what your reimbursement amount will be.

 

CWM currently accepts the following payment forms:

• Personal or bank check made out to Communicate With Me, Speech Therapy LLC 

• Credit card payment via Square

• Cash 

 

Our Financial Policy: 

CWM is committed to providing you with the highest quality care. Please know that the timely payment of your bill is an integral part of our service and as such, our payment policy is an agreement for payment of services provided. At CWM, payment is due at the time of service or unless arrangements have been made for monthly billing. If fees are not paid in full by the end of the month, CWM reserves the right to postpone or cancel sessions until payment is received.
