Meet the Owner
Kayla Thurston, M.S. CCC-SLP
Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist
Kayla Thurston, M.S. CCC-SLP is a dedicated speech-langauge pathologist and the founder of Communicate With Me, Speech Therapy LLC. She graduated from Sacred Heart Unviersity with a master's in Speech-Language Pathology and holds a Certificate of Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
Kayla believes in the power of personalized and family-centered care. She works closely with her clients and their families to provide support that is naturalistic and functional to meet the unique needs of each individual. Kayla prides herself on building trusting relationships that set the tone for effective learning and development.
Kayla is deeply passionate about the field of speech-language pathology. She is currently pursuing her clinical doctorate degree to provide the highest quality of care to her clients.

Payment
In Network Coverage:
Communicate With Me, Speech Therapy LLC is a participating provider with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Aetna. Please submit form here to inquire more about service coverage.
FSA/HSA cards are accepted forms of payment. Initial evaluations will range in cost depending on the type of evaluation and length of time required for assessment, analysis of result and written report. Treatment is recommended based on the results of the evaluation.
Out of Network Coverage:
If we are not in network with your insurance provider, we will collect your payment at the time of service. We will then provide you with a medical superbill. The superbill is a standard form which health plans use to process claims. It lists the codes that insurance carriers require to process your claim. This includes a numerical code representing the diagnosis (ICD-10) code and procedure (CPT) codes to describe the visit type. You submit your superbill to your insurer for reimbursement.

Our office does not guarantee any form of reimbursement from your insurance company. In addition, your insurance carrier may not reimburse the full amount for services provided by our office.
